Huddleston Bolen has a State of the Art Document Imaging System and a dedicated Imaging Department. To date, the firm has scanned, indexed and OCR'd over 9,000,000 pages of data. All data can be viewed at each individual workstation instantaneously and remotely via the firm’s website. Each page is fully text searchable allowing for quick retrieval. These documents can also be emailed in a variety of formats that meet the needs of our clients.

The firm has just completed a new Multi-Media Presentation/Conferencing/Training Center. This center will support multi-media presentations, video conferencing with any of our clients throughout the world, and synchronization of media for trial and enable our IT Staff to train all employees on the latest Software and Techniques to ensure the highest quality service possible to our clients.

Huddleston Bolen uses the Worldox Document Management System, the highest rated document management systems in the legal field today. This system allows the firm to manage and organize the massive amounts of documentation produced by today’s law firm. It also allows our attorneys and clients to access documents from around the world through the Worldox Web Interface. With this software, Huddleston Bolen provides our clients and our staff rapid access to necessary information.

Huddleston Bolen seeks to be at the forefront of Multimedia Courtroom Technology. With Trial Director and Summation, Huddleston Bolen is able to produce visual presentations containing Power Point, videotaped depositions, scanned documents, and real-time annotation of exhibits. Combined with our firm’s portable Multimedia equipment, our attorneys present persuasive, high-tech presentations in court or anywhere at anytime in support of our clients.
