Daniel Earl is a partner with significant experience in the legal issues surrounding the formation, operation and disposition of business organizations. He provides general counsel to a number of the firm's small and large business clients in the Tri-State area with an emphasis on professional organizations (e.g., medical) and business entities engaged in manufacturing.

In addition, Mr. Earl holds a degree in business administration and finance from West Virginia University, where he was a Summerfield Scholar and cum laude graduate. His undergraduate degree provides excellent background for his concentration in commercial and corporate law. Mr. Earl has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for his work in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Mr. Earl received his law degree from Wake Forest University. He resides in Huntington with his son, Leo. He is involved with a number of civic and charitable organizations, including the Cabell-Huntington Hospital Foundation and the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce.
