PRACTICE GROUPS AND INDUSTRY AREAS

Ms. Crouse is a trial attorney in Huddleston Bolen’s Louisville Kentucky office, where she represents global transportation, manufacturing, and distribution companies. Her work is focused on defending corporate clients in personal injury, employment, products liability, and negligence claims, and railroad law. Ms. Crouse also defends corporate clients in employment-related discrimination and civil rights matters. For example, Ms. Crouse serves on trial teams that:

• Routinely defend a Class 1 Railroad against cumulative trauma claims, civil rights, grade crossing collision litigation and multiple personal injury/negligence claims.

• Represent a medical equipment supplier in lawsuits involving products liability, products defect, and negligence claims.

• Represent a national wholesale plumbing distributor in lawsuits involving civil rights claims (gender, age, race discrimination), wrongful termination, and negligence claims.

Ms. Crouse is a native of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She attended Eastern Kentucky University on full scholarship, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology in May 2003. Ms. Crouse obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2010 from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, graduating cum laude. While she was in law school, Ms. Crouse was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review where she authored an article entitled “An Unreasonable Scope: The Need for Clarity in Federal Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions,” which was published in Volume 49, Issue One of the University of Louisville Law Review.

An avid fan of University of Kentucky basketball and distance running, Ms. Crouse resides in Louisville with her husband, Jacob, and two adopted cats.
