Audy Perry is a partner in the Business Department, in the firm’s Huntington, WV office. He represents corporations, non-profits, government entities, public universities, and individuals in areas such as commercial and complex real estate transactions, counsel to Boards and Not-for-Profit Corporations, succession planning, trusts, and estates. Mr. Perry has been named by West Virginia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
Mr. Perry graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College (B.A., summa cum laude, 1993) and West Virginia University College of Law (J.D., 1996). In law school, he was named to the Order of the Coif and was Managing Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
Mr. Perry is very active in the local community and State. He is a Board member of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, Cabell Huntington Convention & Visitors Bureau, Foster Foundation, The Marshall University Foundation, and the West Virginia Law Institute. Mr. Perry is also a past member of the West Virginia University College of Law Development Council, Communities In Schools of Cabell County, West Virginia Baptist Convention Executive Committee, and a past President of the Greater Huntington Area Estate Planning Council. Mr. Perry and his wife Laura have two daughters, Rebekah and Elizabeth.
