Our products liability group has represented a number of manufacturers in cases filed in state and federal courts throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, and Southern Ohio. In fact, Huddleston Bolen prides itself in knowing and understanding judges and juries across the dangerous courtrooms in Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio.
Our attorneys have a long history of effectively representing chemical companies and other manufacturers in a variety of complex mass tort actions, class action lawsuits, and individual suits against manufacturers. We have represented manufacturers in a number of product areas including: exercise equipment, tires and rubber products, safety appliances, kitchen appliances, electrical generators, asbestos, toxic exposure, building and industrial manufacturers, as well as manufacturers of heavy machinery, construction machinery, and mine equipment.
