- Issuing title insurance as agents for First American Title Insurance Company as approved title attorneys for most other large title insurers
- Representing lenders, borrowers and investors in a wide range of real estate loan, equity and financing transactions including construction loans, private placements, permanent loans, multi-lender lending agreements, governmental and utility financing and related grant procurement, administration and implementation.
